The Capitular Fathers of the XV General Chapter of the Order of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Mercy have elected the The Most Revered Father Pablo Bernardo Ordone, O. de M., as the 88th Master General of the Order. He is the legitimate successor of our Father and Founder, St. Peter Nolasco. This is an immense moment of grace for the entire Order, throughout the world. A new chapter, a new moment of renewal and grace is possible and open to us. The Holy Spirit, at work through salvation history, is also at work in the spirit and charism of the Order. Let us pray for Fr. General and the entire General Curia. We humbly submit and obediently place ourselves in service to the work of Mercy and the Redemptive Mission of the Order, under the guidance and direction of Fr. General.
